• Pour a small amount of shampoo into your palm, massage into the roots of your hair with your fingers, covering the entire scalp and work through to the ends.

• Massage through to ends with flat of your hands.

• Rinse thoroughly and repeat and leave in the hair for up to 5 minutes. This will increase the level of toning.

• Rinse hair thoroughly with warm water and follow with 1 Minute Blonde Toning Treatment.
